Tell your mom from someone who is in her late 40’s and dated a dermatologist and a future plastic surgeon back in the day, that Preparation H (yes the **** cream) is one of the simplest of secrets that skin specialist know about. (Why let people buy some Prep H for 3.99, when they can be deceived and go to some designer blow-hole and spend 300.00 on their product?)
This is why no one wants to divulge this secret. Nothing like a little Shark liver oil, Glycerin, Petrolatum and good old Phenylephrine HCI to tighten up that delicate epidermal layer.
Tell her to give it a shot and try it at nighttime when she goes to bed and skin is more rested.
Make sure she gets the “cream” version, not ointment. Cream is more kinder to the eye area. Ointment is way too greasy and should be left to fulfill its original purpose.
Good Luck!
