olay regenerist line is wonderful it works wonders my friend she has bad dark circles due to stress and hereditary and it has cleared up within 45 days
she use to use a bleaching cream but all it did was make her eyes get darker and etc.
No there are eye drops to benefit your eyes ,but you cant put cream on your eyes ,,they would water and cream would even harm your eyes ,
there is skin cream for wrinkles,many kinds
Avon has a wonderful eye cream it’s called Renewing eye cream it’s wonderful!! Works great and there is a day cream and a night cream. Reduces puffiness and wrinkles. Makes our eyes brighter and more radiant!

I dont think anything would work for dark circles, but for wrinkles and dryness - yes!
