take a cotton ball evreynight and put 100 percent olive oil in it and rub it where wrinkles are expected to be trustt me it has worked for my grandma 60 years old omg you would think she is 40.
you can use the wrinkle creams now, and this will help prevent them in the future because it makes your skin stronger and healthier.
other than that, drinking lots of water, and not smoking, tanning or doing drugs will help prevent wrinkles as well.
Limit your exposure to the sun and stay away from cigarettes.
Use moisturizer on your face…it’ll help a lot
At 17 I don’t think you’ve got anything to worry about, use an SPF 30 sunscreen every day and make sure you take all your makeup off before bed, drink lots of water and exercise regularly. I was reading an article in a magazine (Chatelaine maybe? haha I’m a nerd!) and a dermatologist said to start using an eye cream in your early 20s, as that’s when the skin is usually at it’s best and it will help to maintain it. Not sure if it’s legitimate, but it can’t hurt
If you do decide to try some of the anti-wrinkle items on the market, I’d say ignore the “tightening” ones and just go for the eye cream or moisturizer part of a system, you don’t need those chemical peels and stuff!
don’t laugh
just use a light moisturiser like.. dove works really well for me and i have sensitive skin and dont get in the sun too much! that is absolutely number one!…sunscreen!!!
Sunscreen! Washing your makeup off before you go to bed.
The more you worry about wrinkles the more wrinkles will appear in your face. try face creams for wrinkles. they works with my sister.
Just make sure you wear a sunscreen when you are outside. You know that the sun’s UV rays intensify the collagin elastin fibers (underneath the dermis of your skin) and break them down, causing wrinkles. SIMPLY wear a sunscreen of minimum SPF 15 to avoid the harsh UV rays and you should be okay. Hence that is why they say tanning is bad, because of the bad UV rays that can cause wrinkles and cancer.
Use face cream with SPF every day, use moisturizer for night. No harsh cleanser - only those SLS-free
Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the marks with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water. Check out for more useful info.
