no you don’t need any spf in your make up.
your face is harder to tan anyway.
retinol does work. temporarily,
you’ll have to keep using it to maintain whatever results you get.
please for the sake of your skin etc don’t use that stuff until you’re at least 30.
the retinol will strench your skin so you will HAVE to keep buying the product.

if you want more SPF in your make up get a loose powder foundation and mix it with a waterproof sunscreen, whatever SPF you want. this is also waterproof so you can have perfect skin when you go swimming too!!!
most moisturizers dont cover the whole spectrem of rays that come from the sun but sunscreen does!!!
it’s best to use moisturizer with spf and makeup .(i do) and no, wrinkle creams do not have to contain retinol to be effective.
