I am a male who will be turning 40 next year. Like everyone, I am experiencing more intense signs of aging than in the past. My concern is the bags and wrinkles under my eyes. The skin became thinner and, especially when I smile or laugh, it forms lots of wrinkles. I was wondering if there are any traditional or non-traditional remedies out there that can be used. Is there anything that I miss in my diet? I drink about 3 beers everyday, is that a contributor too? I am going through a separation also. Is my skin ever going to rejuvenate?
