Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

Hi. I have been using monet anti aging cream and monet eye surem for about one month and i really like it. It seems to making my skin much clearer and fresher looking but i wanted to find out how it rated with other people. I have looked on google but haven’t found it to be in any top ten. Its not a cheap cream though it isn’t the dearest either. Has anybody got a honest and genuine opinion on monet? Is it as good as it seems? I have found a few different sites on the top ten best anti wrinkle creams but have found them to differ dramactically. Plus they all seem to be very expensive. Monet is about £49.95 for the face cream and £39.95 for the eye serum . but i buy mine from ebay so i don’t spend that much.

Any Opinions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks Ann x
Hi Trisha M. Thanks for that answer but did you put in the link for a fitness site???

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

I am a male who will be turning 40 next year. Like everyone, I am experiencing more intense signs of aging than in the past. My concern is the bags and wrinkles under my eyes. The skin became thinner and, especially when I smile or laugh, it forms lots of wrinkles. I was wondering if there are any traditional or non-traditional remedies out there that can be used. Is there anything that I miss in my diet? I drink about 3 beers everyday, is that a contributor too? I am going through a separation also. Is my skin ever going to rejuvenate? I **** to think of Botox or cosmetic surgery, but is that a viable, non-risky solution ultimately? I have been using a non-prescription L’Oreal eye wrinkle-reduction cream for many months now, but it doesn’t seem to help a lot.

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

Hey, I’m 15 years old and not too long ago I started getting some cellulite around my **** and thigh area. It was very surprising to me cause I work out a lot, and I care for my body. I started analyzing everything that I was eating and found out the coke was giving me this. So for the past weeks I have been cutting coke, drinking lots of water, and exercising my legs more. I am skinny, no matter how much I eat, I’m still going to have basically the same weight. I’m not worried about my weight though, its the cellulite. It looks so awful, and its not a whole lot, but still. I just don’t like it. Like I mentioned before, I have been exercising and until I can find a good cellulite cream I have been using an age-defying wrinkle cream my mom has…I don’t know which of the two or both, I have seen a progress. I do want to try the creams out so…has anyone of you tried any cellulite creams that are good and not expensive? Does the Nivea one work?
p.s
I don’t want to loose weight. I work out and I’m already skinny enough. It’s the cellulite!
thank you for your answers

I’m 25 and have a normal skin type.
My skin used to be oily when I was a teenager but now I can categorize my skin in dry than oily type.

I have noticed I’m getting little wrinckles under my eyes and I want to avoid them too. I have a very sensitive skin and I think I’m getting both smile line around my mouth and some little winckles under my eyes. I want to know what are the good products for my case and in my age(25-26) ….for ‘ under eye’ and ‘moituring (specially for smile lines)’ and when and how should I apply them.

1. Is ‘ Lierac’ under eye cream a good one? ( I want it to be effective for my age, not too strong though.)
2. I have these CLINIQUE creams … Are they good for me? and if so, how and when should I apply them to my skin? and what are they good for? What is your idea about using them for’moisturizing’ or ‘under eye’ or etc (?) in my case?

a)LANCOME. Absolute Replenishing cream.(ABSOLUE)
b)CLINIQUE total turnaround visible skin renewer.
c)CLINIQUE deep comfort body butter(Intensively replenishing. Wraps dryness-prone spots and the body all over in soothing, penetrating moisture.

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

consumers digest has a magazine that tests and rates cars and appliances and so on. the funds for the research and the printing of the magazine comes from the consumers purchasing it. all this has nothing to do w/ the companies paying them to pick there own product by bribes, advertisements and etc. My question is this: are there any such magazines, webs etc. that offer the same honest tests and results on beauty products such as wrinkle creams, shampoos, conditioners, etc. and the ingredients that really are the best? I absolutely 100% know and believe that NAME BRAND PRODUCTS are simply that, JUST A NAME YOU ARE PAYING FOR. Even the “testimonies” from so called dermatologists are B.S. They are paid to say what they say.
If you’re going to answer this, please notice what i am asking for IS NOT personal opinions of particular products such as Mary Kay (total over priced junk, I used to be a “consultant”) etc. etc. but rather documentation of comparisons and results of products

It’s as if this this flap of skin is collapsing right between my eyes near the nose of nose that makes me look pissed off. How can I get rid of this. Is cosmetic surgery the only way? Hi,
I wanted to know if anybody out there has tried a really good cream that has really worked for them… I am only 22 years old, yet I have really bad eye wrinkles and people think I am much older then I actually am because of them (I don’t have wrinkles anywhere else) I’ve used a lot of acne creams (because of my struggle with acne so I think that may be the reason why I got them at such a early age) I’ve tried Olay ($29) and Lancome (around $35) and both were really small jars and I never noticed ANY I mean ANY results. I really don’t want to spend another fortune w/o knowing it will work. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

In my field of work I deal with a lot of elders. I have grown cautious of how I take care of my skin in my youth. I have been using some anti-aging products and I was wondering if there are any studies that show that these products actual work. I can’t see myself using Botox or having surgery later on in life, but I still want to look “fresh” and wrinkle free. I have also heard and (see) that the more melanoma in the skin, the better the skin ages. There are some 40something black women in my master’s program and I swear they look 25! Plus, I see women in there 50s who use to tan and they look extremely wrinkled. Is there something black women are using that the rest of women don’t know about?

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

I’m a 24-year old guy with a baby face (at least the girls say so), but I’m starting to get those first signs of “wisdom lines” along my forehead and I can see them slowly coming along right under my eyes. they’re not noticable from far away, but maybe it’s just me seeing how defined they are. my dermatologist suggested that Roc Cream is a good over-the-counter product. but when I was at Wal-Greens looking around, I saw so many different kinds and I had no idea what to get. I just want something REASONABLY PRICED that will make these lines go away. both Aveeno and Roc Cream had some products that sounded helpful, but who is to trust? Is there any other product that I’m unaware of that is made specifically for men that is any good?

Does anti-aging cream that will decrease wrinkles and improve skin tone by using collagen and elastin in the cream actually work? What’s the catch? Is it a scam?

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

I’m 18 years old and do not have any wrinkles, however I do get bags under my eyes from lack of sleep sometimes. I don’t go outside (it’s not really my lifestyle) so i don’t have to worry about the sun. I also run(indoors) on a regular basis and I am Vegan. I would like to keep beautiful skin for as long as possible and prevent aging.

So, I am looking for an anti-aging cream and any other tips for keeping my face (especially around the eyes) wrinkle-free. And maybe something for bags under the eyes.. It would be nice if it could make your face glowing and healthy looking too as my face gets dull sometimes..

Please post if you have products that you have actually TRIED yourself and what you think about them. I also want something not too expensive. Like $30 max… but preferably less.

Extra tips (diet/lifestyle) appreciated as well!

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

I am 16, but will be turning 17 in about a week or so and I have slight creases under my eyes, and around my nose and mouth I have a very distinct line, it looks like it’s a line stopping my cheeks and it looks so weird in pictures and whatnot, because none of my friends have them. I also have very large pores, but I am constantly putting mosturizer and wrinkle creams on my face. Plus, I have little spider veins on the back of one of my legs…I use to cross my legs all the time, (don’t say anything perverted, because you’re immature) but I stopped since I heard that is a cause of those spider veins. I don’t have a very healthy diet nor do I drink any water..ever. I am trying to become vegan and if I do, and actually drink plenty of water, and keep taking care of my skin…it will, (creases mostly) will go away? Or do I have no hope and I have to accept that I am aging extremely fast.
I’d also like to say that I USE to smoke marijuana often, but have recently stopped. I also use to drink plenty, but have also stopped and I know that ecessive partying takes a toll on you physically, but because I have stopped now (after probably 3 years) will this help make some of these problems go away or what?

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

It’s as if this this flap of skin is collapsing right between my eyes near the nose of nose that makes me look pissed off. How can I get rid of this. Is cosmetic surgery the only way? Are there are any creams that can help this furrow? When I pull my forehead up and hold it I look normal but when I release it it returns to an angry look. I’ve tried holding my forehead skin up for 1-2 hours at a time and it remains normal for like 10 minutes and then reverts back to the angry look. I’m so frustrated what can I do?

Wrinkle Creams FAQ:

I love my skin. I began appreciating it because people kept complimented me a lot about my face being so clear and acne free. I’ve done simple things to take care of it for years now. I use moisturizer everyday about 3 times per day. I try not to be on the sun unless I need to. I wear 50 SPF sun block everyday on summers. I use the L’Oreal anti wrinkle cream for men for 2 years already. I use the Nivea cream for men for puffiness under the eyes. I think it shows because no one believes I’m 25.
Because I avoid the sun, I have a very pale color, which to me it’s healthy because I know my skin is well taken care of. I see people who tan, and I see damaged skin. Why is tanned supposed to be healthy? It’s actually damaged by sun.

When is taking care of your skin going to be the new fad?

I am a man aged 20 and want to prevent crows feet and eye bags
.
I bought a womans eye cream (as it was cheaper than a mans, and can there really be much difference?), and wondered….

… Do you think it actually works?
… And if so, would it be useful on my forehead to prevent wrinkles?

Thanks.

Should I use the wash, serum or the cream?
Something that will not clog pores or cause acne.
Helps with blemishes and wrinkles.
Also with some sort of SPF.

We all know, clean, tone and mosturize is a must. Every morning and every night. So with that part cleared. I just wanted to see some opinions regarding this thing I want to do.

The thing is I’ve just realized that I have one brand new anti-wrinkle cream and of course I don’t wanna throw it away. It has no SPF so I used to use it during the night. But now I’m using just a mosturizing cream at night + eye cream and an anti-wrinkle mosturizer with SPF18 for daytime.
Would it be convinient if I switched every other night? One night plain mosturizer and one night anti-wrinkle?
The other thing is that the mosturizer is Neutrogena and I consider it of better quality than the Ponds anti-wrinkle cream (which, by the way, it’s a little bit heavy… so maybe it wouldn’t be great to use it at night).
On the other hand, I won’t die if I use it every other night so I can finish it the bottle, right?

By the way, I’m 21.
dear jason14655….

I have nothing to hide. We are not talking about make up here, I just want to have a healthy skin and keep it that way for as long as I can. Is it wrong trying to keep your face in shape?!?! Consider it face “work out”

I am 31 and I didn’t think I would have to worry about this problem so soon. I had a really stressfull year in 2006 and I am noticing my skin doesn’t have as much elasticity and I have more wrinkles (like on my foreghead and around my eyes). Does anyone know of any cosmetic creams that actually work? Not interested in anything else. Price doesn’t matter. Thanks so much!

I love to do mask. I tried cream, mud, peel-off, tissue..all kinds of mask.
Somehow I have a question..
Does the peel-off mask wrinkle face if you use it a long run?
Everytime I peel off mask, I feel like harmful to skin…
Is washable mask generally better?

My cousin uses alot of products for her skin, these are the products she says she uses.

She says she uses:

Neutrogena body wash
followed up with a Neutrogena anti-wrinkle/blemish cleanser
followed by a deep cleanser astringent
then a Neutrogena anti-wrinkle/blemish cream
cocoa butter lotion
and then Banana Boat Aloe after sun gel
she takes vitamin E pills as well as a multi-vitamin daily

She says she is trying to get rid of her acne on her back and the dark blemishes left behind after the acne is gone.

Are all these products going to help her or damage her skin worse?

I am a 25 yr old mother of 2 and while I don’t have a lot of wrinkles, I am forming crows feet under the eye area and up close there are these little bubble looking things. They can only be seen very close, but I have yet to figure out what they are. I just want to start a regimin that will hopefully slow down the aging process. Anyone have any good products they have tried?

And if you wondered, I am not a sun worshiper and always wear sunblock.
Don’t say stay out of the sun. Like I said, I Dont go out in the sun to get sun. I am in my house 90% of the time.

My mom is 53 and has oily/combo skin with wrinkles. For Christmas she wants me to buy her some stuff to make her look younger!

I want to buy her a cleanser, a peel or microdermabrasion, a night cream and an eye cream.

I have narrowed the brands down to Roc, Neutrogena, and Oil of Olay. They all get good reviews on Amazon.
Of these 3, which have you found to really improve skin texture and shrink wrinkles?

What is the best for my money?
